Our Story

My interest and experience in caring about the health and wellbeing of people owning and using domestic swimming pools started in 2021.

 

My father purchased a house with an in-ground outdoor swimming pool and a ‘pool maintenance man’. In 2021 the ‘opening’ of the pool cost over £800 which seemed extremely expensive. I took the situation into my own hands and carried out some research, I soon came to realise my father was being drastically overcharged and the service offered was technically inept. I sought some advice from a very reputable swimming pool installation and maintenance company who kindly taught me the basics. 

 

Over the past 2 years I have furthered my knowledge through Stockwell Safety courses which are endorsed by CIMSPA - Chartered Institute For Management In Sport and Physical Activity. The courses are also PWTAG - Pool Water Treatment Advisory Group and I am recognised by them as an onsite designated supervisor. During my training I also worked with Malcom North - director of Pool Pros based in Surrey. Malcom has over 35 years experience in local authority, commercial and domestic swimming pool maintenance service and repair. 

 

I am constantly furthering my skills and knowledge to provide the best service, with health and hygiene being paramount while also being cost affective for our customers.
